Registration

Registration for the conference is now open.

  • The registration button takes you to a site by Ex-Ordo which will ask you to create an individual login for the conference. This will allow you to update your registration details whenever you wish.
  • Each delegate needs to register individually.
  • You can elect to pay immediately with a credit/debit card via PayPal (no need to have a PayPal account) or be invoiced and pay later by EFT or cheque. Select ‘Pay by bank transfer’ at checkout if you wish to be invoiced.
  • Organisations can pay a number of invoices by EFT or cheque in the one payment if they have several delegates attending.
  • Registrations close on Sunday, 26 March 2017 at midnight.

Terms and conditions

  • Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
  • A receipt will be mailed to you once payment is received. You should bring a copy with you (electronic is fine) as proof of registration.
  • An administration fee of $50 applies to all cancellations before 24 February 2017.
  • Registration once paid cannot be cancelled after 24 February 2017 regardless of personal circumstances.
  • Registration can be transferred to another delegate.
  • One day registration is only valid for the exact day registered for. The registration day can be changed by contacting the conference organisers before the start of the conference.
  • Delegates cannot change to a different workshop on the day but may request to change at least one week before the start of the conference. There may be limited places available in some workshops.
  • A photocopy of a valid student or pensioner card must be forwarded if the concession price is paid.
  • The conference organisers reserve the right to modify the conference program as needed.
  • Special dietary requests are not available for the complimentary morning and afternoon tea. Fruit will be available.
  • Special dietary requests for the conference dinner should be specified upon registration.
